Michelle Peck, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Owner and Community Manager

Michelle is one of the owners of TMMC and has been in the Community Management industry since 1998. Michelle has participated in the 9 News Ask a Manager Hotline, served on an expert panel providing information to law firms who provide services to community associations, served on a panel providing information to the Douglas Elbert Realtor Association and served on the Board of Directors for the Douglas/Elbert County Task Force. Currently Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of the 2017 Leadership Douglas County class.  Michelle was awarded the 2017 Best Boss by the readers of the Castle Rock, Castle Pines and Douglas County News Press.  Michelle is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and has obtained her additional certification of Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and the distinguished designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). Michelle regularly attends continuing education to ensure she is able to provide up to date information on the community association industry and to continue her growth as a Community Manager.  Prior to procuring TMMC, Michelle worked for 10 years with a law enforcement branch of the Department of Justice as a high level program coordinator and program inspector.

 

   
  Dave Peck, CMCA®, Owner, Community Manager, Senior Site Inspector
Dave is one of the owners of TMMC and has been in the Community Management industry since 2000. Dave participates in Community Association’s Institute (CAI) continuing education courses and events. Dave’s primary responsibilities are outside of the office, meeting with contractors, Board members and owners and conducting property inspections. Dave attended CSU and studied construction management and has several years experience in construction. He worked as a superintendent for a production home builder prior to procuring TMMC where he had developed his relationships with local building officials.
   
  Melanie Peck, BA, CMCA®, AMS®, Director of Operations
Melanie is TMMC's Director of Operations.  She brings a diverse work experience to the company, including 18 years in accounting and 16 years in operations management.  With her experience, including being a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), additional certification of Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and Board Member of her own HOA, she understands your associations from the homeowner, Board Member, operations, management and financial positions. Melanie served as the Treasurer and then President for the Community Association Institute's (CAI) Board of Directors Rocky Mountain Chapter from 2017-2022.  Melanie is active in community association research, continuing education and in attending industry events.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, scuba diving and golfing.
 
     
  Bobby Scocchera, Director Multi-Family Division, Community Manager

Bobby serves as the Director of TMMC’s Multi-Family Division and joined TMMC Property Management in early 2022.  After serving in the US Army (Military Police Corps), Bobby began his career as a Property Manager in 2004 and has been a multi-site regional manager over the past seven years for large privately held companies; overseeing a portfolio of 2,500 multi-family homes.  

As a dedicated leader and “coach”, Bobby’s focus on team building and hands on management has provided exceptional results in all facets of property operations.  His proven team leadership style has documented consistent property improvements, while maintaining a disciplined approach to expense control, leading to increasing year over year growth and property value.  Bobby also has large scale capital improvement management with focus on property improvement while keeping resident/homeowner satisfaction at the forefront. 

Bobby has received the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) and was the award recipient of the 2018 Peak Portfolio Manager by the Apartment Association of Sothern Colorado.  While Bobby has been recognized over his career; his proudest achievements are consistently training and developing his associates in their career growth and advancement.

Bobby’s personal hobbies consist of his enjoyment of BBQing (cooking anything on his Primo smoker grill), relaxing at home with his wife Michele, 15-year-old son Corbin, and their Maltase/Shih Tzu dog Rocky.
