Michelle Peck, CAM, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Owner and Community Manager

Michelle is one of the owners of TMMC and has been in the Community Management industry since 1998. Michelle has participated in the 9 News Ask a Manager Hotline, served on an expert panel providing information to law firms who provide services to community associations, served on a panel providing information to the Douglas Elbert Realtor Association and served on the Board of Directors for the Douglas/Elbert County Task Force. Currently Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of the 2017 Leadership Douglas County class.  Michelle was awarded the 2017 Best Boss by the readers of the Castle Rock, Castle Pines and Douglas County News Press.  Michelle is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and has obtained her additional certification of Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and most recently earned the distinguished designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). Michelle regularly attends continuing education to ensure she is able to provide up to date information on the community association industry and to continue her growth as a Community Manager.  Prior to procuring TMMC, Michelle worked for 10 years with a law enforcement branch of the Department of Justice as a high level program coordinator and program inspector.


  Dave Peck, CAM, Owner, Community Manager, Senior Site Inspector
Dave is one of the owners of TMMC and has been in the Community Management industry since 2000. Dave participates in Community Association’s Institute (CAI) continuing education courses and events. Dave’s primary responsibilities are outside of the office, meeting with contractors, Board members and owners and conducting property inspections. Dave attended CSU and studied construction management and has several years experience in construction. He worked as a superintendent for a production home builder prior to procuring TMMC where he had developed his relationships with local building officials.
  Melanie Millage, BA, CAM, CMCA®, Director of Operations
Melanie is TMMC's Director of Operations.  She brings a diverse work experience to the company, including 15 years in accounting and 13 years in operations management.  With her experience, including being a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Community Association Manager (CAM) and Board Member of her own HOA, she understands your associations from the homeowner, Board Member, operations, management and financial positions. Melanie also serves on the Community Association Institute's (CAI) Board of Directors and CAI Editorial Committee.  Melanie is active in community association research, continuing education and in attending industry events.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, scuba diving and golfing.
  Terri Simpson,  CAM, CMCA®, Community Manager

Terri Simpson is a certified community management professional who joined our Team in 2014 with extensive experience of over 20 years in the governance, business, and community aspects of association management. Terri is proud to have achieved high levels in customer service, budgeting and financial acumen.

  Lisa Bradley, CAM, Community Manager

Lisa Bradley brings enthusiasm, a desire to learn and an aptitude for customer service to TMMC.  With 20 plus years in construction management, Lisa has acquired the skill set to manage several projects at once.   Outside of work, Lisa enjoys the outdoors and  time with her children, both with and without fur.  

  Amanda Benefiel,  BS, CAM, Community Manager

Amanda brings a strong business sense to TMMC. Graduating from Metropolitan State University, Amanda has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. She  began her property management career in apartment management, giving her a wide range of people and financial management skills,  She also has a strong background in bankruptcy and foreclosure. Amanda serves as the Chair of TMMC's Education Committee.  Amanda is a Colorado native who enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family. 

  Nicole Arnold, CAM, Community Manager
Nicole Arnold is a Licensed CAM.She comes to us with 19 years of management experience. She started her career as a manager of her father’s concrete and asphalt company. She then became a licensed Cosmetologist where she was an owner-operator for 10 years. While raising her young children she went to school to become a nurse. During her apprenticeship at UNC health care it was found by the director her drive for management. She was very quickly moved into a position of opening urgent care chains from build out, to staffing, to management. In her free time Nicole enjoys managing her sons pee wee football team, and just winding down with her family in her mountain home.
  Jill Roehrig, CAM, Accounting Manager

  Jill Roehrig became integral part of TMMC in 2014. She has over 15 years of accounting experience and an extensive background in the service/maintenance industry. Before moving to Colorado, Jill helped run one of the largest garden centers in St. Louis. Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her twin girls and teenage son.
